Group of companies, operating three retailing businesses: Convenience Retail Asia,

The Circle K operation was listed on the GEM Board in Hong Kong
in January 2001 under the listing vehicle of Convenience Retail
Asia Limited ( www.cr-asia.com).
Initial public offering was 14 times oversubscribed by institutional
investors.
The first Circle K store in Hong Kong was established in 1985. Currently,
there are over 390 Circle K outlets in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Macau as
of March 2009. Most of the stores are company-owned-and-managed. Service
excellence defined as "Speed, Tidiness and Friendliness"
is one of the core competencies.
The company-owned-and-managed strategy has enabled Convenience Retail
Asia to achieve effective alignment in the execution of business strategies
and marketing programs, resulting in maximum responsiveness, efficiency
and consistency at every level.
In February 2007, CRA acquired Saint Honore Holdings Limited (including its bakery chain Saint Honore Cake Shop), previously a supplier of chilled dough for Circle K’s on-site bakeries in Hong Kong, and engineered a strategic integration of the two businesses.
Saint Honore Cake Shop is a well-established bakery chain and a household brand in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Macau, offering great potential for further business expansion in the markets it operates.
With the acquisition, CRA now operates a total of over 500 stores under two brands, namely Circle K and Saint Honore, in Hong Kong, Macau, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai.

Toys "R" Us was established in 1986 in Hong Kong as a joint venture of Li & Fung Retailing and Toys "R" Us, USA.
In May 1999 Li & Fung Retailing became a franchisee of Toys "R" Us and acquired 100% ownership of the business in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia; with provisions for entry into new geographic markets including the Chinese Mainland (South of Yangtze River), Thailand, Philippines and other South East Asian countries, which are also part of the licensed territory.
Toys "R" Us is positioned as "the worldwide authority on kids, families and fun" and is the largest specialty chain store for children's product in the world.
Toys "R" Us believes in providing a happy and fun filled shopping experience to all its customers with the biggest selection of toys priced to offer best value for money.
As of March 2009, Toys LiFung operates a total of 106 stores across eight markets in China and South East Asia.
